About Us

The seeds of GoGetAfterIt were planted when I first came to grips with the fact that my life was not what I wanted. I was 42 years old, weighed 290 pounds, and stood at 5’ 9.5”. I was working a Monday – Friday desk job that I hated. I dreaded Sunday nights and felt depressed as the clock crept closer to bedtime.
